How long does it take to complete my order?
Most orders can be completed within 7 business days of finalizing the art and numbers. Rush orders can be completed as soon as 4 days after ordering but a rush fee will be applied. Specialty products and high quantities may take longer than 7 days.
What does the average shirt cost?
The average price-per-shirt depends on how many you buy and how extensive the printing is. For a quick accurate quote, please contact us directly or by choosing products on our online catalog.
What is the minimum number of shirts I have to buy?
There is no minimum. You can buy 1 shirt if you like, but remember, fewer shirts cost more, so try to order as many as possible.
Will there be any fees other than a price per shirt?
A 6% sales tax will be applied, but other than that, the price per shirt that we quote you will be your only expense.
What kind of artwork do I send you?
We prefer vector files with .eps, .pdf, or .ai extensions. However, we are happy to accept .jpg and .tif files as well. Try to keep the file size as big as possible when sending non-vector formats.
Where and how big can you print on garments?
Do you print on non-apparel merchandise?
You betcha. We offer all kinds of merchandise such as buttons, stickers, pens, mugs, etc ... These are by request, so please contact us to find out more.
Do you design logos?
Yes, but only if you are placing an order with Dapper Ink.
Do you help with fundraisers?
Yes. We are happy to help you maximize your fundraising experience by providing custom posters and flyers advertising your product. These are free with orders over 125.
How do I get a copy of your catalog?
What if I don’t find any items in your catalog that meet my needs?
We work with several other suppliers than just the one catalog we send you. If you need an item and can’t find it, let us know and we’ll get it for you.
What if we’re dissatisfied with our order?
We are happy to reprint your order at no extra charge if there are any problems with the quality of the print or if it differs from the original art approval.
